Bar manager

A bar manager is responsible for the entire bar area and the beverage storage. You ensure professional and friendly guest service and the professional serving and presentation of all F&B on board in accordance with Scylla standards. You also manage and train the bar crew, maintain daily briefings and train new crew members.

• Experience in F&B in a leading role
• Excellent management, organizational, inventory and decision-making skills
• Previous cruise ship experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership abilities and management skills
